Acceptance of these terms

This website is operated by Cue Nutrition L.L.C. By visiting the site, joining our email list, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

Our products

Cue products are dietary supplements. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Cue is not a substitute for a balanced diet or for care from a qualified professional. Consult a physician before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Our products contain milk; please review the full ingredient list before use if you have allergies or sensitivities.

Pricing and orders

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We work to keep product and pricing information accurate, but errors can occur. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the cadence stated at checkout, and to continue doing so until you cancel. Each renewal ships at the subscription price in effect at the time of that order. You may skip a shipment, pause, or cancel at any time through your customer account. Changes take effect for future orders; an order already in process cannot be changed. If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you before the next renewal.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cue Nutrition L.L.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or from a purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
