Where we ship
Cue Nutrition L.L.C. ships within the United States only. We are not able to fulfill international orders at this time.
Processing and delivery
Orders ship within 1–3 business days of being placed. Once your order leaves our fulfillment partner, delivery time depends on the carrier and your destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Returns
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Opened products are not eligible for return, because Cue is a consumable supplement. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed within a reasonable period. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you received the wrong item, reach out to us and we will make it right.
